Talk to the DJ

In the AI DJ tab you write what you would like to hear, such as “calm piano music for the evening”, “something for a run” or “an audiobook for the train”. The DJ searches your music, audiobooks and podcasts and answers in the language of the app.

Mixes

When you ask for music, the DJ puts together a mix from your library. Play starts it, Save creates it as a playlist on your server, and Show tracks shows what is in it. While a mix plays, Endless mode extends it on its own when it nears the end (Settings › AI access › Your own key).

Tell the DJ who is listening, such as guests or children, and it chooses accordingly, preferring well-known tracks over album fillers.

Audiobooks and podcasts

The DJ also shows audiobooks, podcasts and single episodes as cards. Tap a card to open it, or its button to play right away. Suggestions that are not in your library yet can go on your Wish list.

Earlier chats and preferences

Start a new conversation at the top right; Past chats reopen older ones. Tell the DJ something about your taste, such as “I like calm music in the morning”, and it remembers it under Remembered preferences (see Memory and learning). From the player, Open AI DJ takes you straight to the DJ.
